Hi, I have an order which is stuck on flight departure. It usually comes relatively fast to my country but this is the first time it is held on such status for a few days. My tracking no. is EB747421671CN. I will like to know the status of my parcel or if my parcel has actually landed or arrived in my country, thank you!

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS
