Parcel been stuck for a month!

My parcel was shipped from London, UK - via Royal Mail. The item (a letter packet) was received in Guangzhou and held at customs for a month now with no update on the tracking . The reference is RF683164774GB. Can you please help this is holding up my business. Thank you

Hi Daniel,

It has been stuck at Guangzhou International Exchange Bureau since February 14. You'd better contact the receiver in China and let him call China Post service number 11183 to check what happends to it in time.
