I have contacted seller numerous of times and no response at all. What can I do

Hi Sarah65,

If the seller doesn't reply you and you couldn't receive it in time, you need to try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
