Parcel been hold for more then 3 months

I would like inform you that my parcel has been on hold from more then 3 months in Hong Kong and there no further update about my parcel.
From 12 December 2020 my parcel arrived to Hong Kong and since then there is not further update . My parcel tracking no is CP339695307CN.
So please I would like to know that what is the problem that is been kept on hold in Hong Kong and can you inform me.
So please inform me when it will deliver to me and how much more time it will take.
