Parcel at Guangzhou (CN) awaiting clearance since Feb. 16

I posted a parcel to China on the 10th of February. It has been sitting at the international arrival at Guangzhou (CN) awaiting clearance since Sun. 16 Feb. The Tracking No. Is LK987410010AU It has been there for 3 months can someone please look into this please and send it to its destination.

Hi Steph,

It's retained by the customs. You need to contact the recipient in China to contact China Post directly by calling 11183 to further check it as soon as possible.
