Hi Cristina,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after 'plans to hand over to the airline transport'. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi, I am sending my boss's parcel from Singapore to China but it seem that the parcel is not sent to receiver.
When i key in the Ref no to track the parcel, it shows me as below message:

Do anyone know what it means??

And anyone got the contacts for the China Post Office in Zhongshan District, Dalian City??

Please can you tell me if my parcel has actually left China. Both parcel showing Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport don’t really know what that means.
