Parcel arrived in UK but not delivered

Hi,
My parcel arrived in the UK and cleared customs however no update has been made since the 18th March. Can you please confirm which delivery company I need to contact to find out what is happening with it, or is it Royal Mail? The tracking number is AQ848568906CN

Hi Cherisse,

Yes, the courier in UK is Royal Mail. It should be delayed due to some reason in UK. You'd better wait for more days to receive it.
