Hello, my address is in France and this is specified in the detail of the address and apparently the package was issued in new zeland. This is an error and I ask that an investigation be opened. Thank you

Where did you make the order. Contact the seller to give you a solution, send it again to the right address or refund.

Dear Ladies and gentleman, my parcel that I´ve ordered on Aliexpress never arrived to me, althought the tracking number shows it was delivered. This is a pure lie ! The tracking number is AT578072763CN. Who was the person who signed for it when receiving the parcel? I took another detailed look at the shipment tracking. I noticed serious inconsistencies, as the process was/is completely wrong. However, the process in the shipment history is completely different and wrong. Arrived in Frankfurt, arrived in the destination country, then arrived at the sorting center in Memmingen, customs clearance started, goods left the sorting center in Memmingen, customs clearance completed, and finally the confirmation of delivery at two different times?
I want the proof within 48 hours who received the parcel and signed for it !
