Parcel arrived in Germany but no update since March 12

Hello, my parcel arrived at the destination country (Germany) on March 12 but since then I have not received a update neither the parcel has arrived. Will I still be able to receive the parcel? Tracking number is UM530495238CN

Hi Antonio,

It's sent by DHL Paket when it's in Germany. You'd better contact DHL Packet to check it for you.

Tracking number: CY285259350DE(not arrived), CY285259363DE(arrived).

I sent 2 parcel (same size, same weight) in the same time in 2020-10-06 from Germany to China. One of the parcel arrived on 2020-10-15 but another one still in the status of "Dispatched from Office of Exchange" for a week and no any other updates untill now.

I have two package that is being handled by Chinapost. Both of them destined to Germany. I checked tracking, it shows there is no update on tracking from 25th march. There had been good progress with my shipment till 25th march then everything stopped. Does it mean my packages are both lost.
