I have ordered several items from wish and according to the tracking all fo them.is in BFN, ZA. I have receive non as from Mei when thw first order was placed. Why would that be if all is already in BFN where I live??

I made an order and purchase on the 7nth of July and since have been receiving tracking information althoigh sometimes there would not be any tracking information and now my last tracking infomain was on the 1st of August with "arrive at destination country" and since has not chnaged, everytime when i view my post for the order thats tha tracking information i get, i sent a query at the customer support to find out the kind of shipment chosen for my parcel and if theres anything i could do so the process can be speeded up and what i got was "we are sorry you haven't received your item its on the way" I'm honestly at a point of giving up since the date of the reason i bought those items has long passed

i purchased some staff from wish in august, my items have since arrived at destination country, however when i track my parcel it says it was in sa on the 13th of September but then it was shipped to sunyou on the 15th of september, what does this mean? please help im super stressed

How long can a parcel take from China to southafrica .since l ordered from 27september 2020 till now not yet get my staff it says aready at transit hub zaf mean in southafrica since 14october till now what is going on with my parcel .so better to tell us before we spend our money its painful to wait long for a parcel

if ur having trouble with tracking look 4 the change in tracking numbers from ur courier i always use ALL-IN-ONE-PACKAGE TRACKER it will show u if n when tracking number has been changed!!!!!
