Parcel appear to be delivered, but it isn't

Hi!
My shipment track number is AG182514268CN. The tracking services says: "12 Abr 2023 14:03- Successfully delivered - C.O. BARCELONA B10", but I've not received it. My address / name is not C.O. BARCELONA B10 (it seems to be a post carrier in my city). I've claimed to they my parcel, but they said to me that they can't give me info about it, because it doesn't exists and I can't claim any parcel without their shipment id.
Please, can you help me? What can I do? Where is my parcel?

I have the same shipping number, AG182514268CN, and my order was also delivered on 4/12 and at the same time, at 14:03 at the same address "C.O. BARCELONA B10". But I'm not from Barcelona, I'm from Murcia. this is a fraud. Where can we report this scam? Kind regards.
