My parcel is RE155812491HK
It says the parcel is at import customs and has been affected due to the epidemic. What does that mean? When will it leave for delivery? Also? Can i be helped to ensure the delivery is quick? The parcel is just documents that are supposed to ensure my stay here, and i am now out of time. Please help.
