Meine Retourensendung hängt seit 4.11.22 beim Zoll in China fest (CNSZXA). Leider weiß ich nicht warum. Der Empfänger soll sich beim Zoll melden, sonst wird das Paket an mich zurückgeschickt (laut Auskunft der Post). Leider ist der Verkäufer nicht bereit sich darum zu kümmern. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass ich die Zollstelle selber kontaktiere (Email?). Oder was kann ich sonst tun?

I have already started a forwarding order with Deutsche Post, they also assured me that the parcel is still at customs. The recipient has also contacted customs, also without success. Can you please check the status of the parcel and ensure that it reaches the recipient promptly?
