Packing stuck in Beijing for 2 months

Can anyone check or call China Post for me please? I have a package from China with the tracking CP422148582CN. The seller shipped it back in March 16 and there has been no updates since March 24. I contacted the seller but they said there’s no sign of return and the package is still in transit. This is taking too long
