Packing delaying as unexpected

Good Day,
Please trace where my device is and when it should be transported to the destination place.
I purchased on the 27th of August and paid for shipment as i thought i will receive asap.
As per last comments " In transit -Departed waypoint Shangai Pudon".
I feel like it's delaying as there is no indication which reflects the device will be in my country asap, I also phoned SAPO and they confirmed that they have not received my device yet.

The seller shipped it on Sep. 2. Accoring to the latest tracking information, it left China on Sep. 15 and en route to South Africa now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait patiently.
