My orders have been in the same status for more than a month: LV347174767CN, LV327195238CN,LV330426550CN,LV341210015CN, LV348691643CN. I need them urgently. Please,could you help me?

Hi Lmep,

It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Spain after they were delivered to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Other packets hace been delivered in 21 days. One of the above mentioned has been stuck since 9th November.
