UJ825728057CN package has been on the road for 23 days, but delivery is not moving forward. He has been sent back 13 times so far. Please check, what is the reason ??? Also, I want to know if I’m waiting unnecessarily? I look forward to your reply! Thanks!

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for many times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
