Hi ryd,

It's not normal. It's stuck or lost in Foshan to my experience. You need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to check the reason for you and give you a solution.

I have to ship a packed welding machine from Hangzhou factory to Hamburg customs.
The parcel is 63x60x33cm, and weighs 35 kg, which is 5 kg too heavy for China Post.

1. what other ways sending it as one parcel with china post can i use ?

2. the machine is already professional factory packed for worldwide export,
so a re-packing in a special china post parcel is not necessary. is that true ?

3. what shipping and customs documents do you need to accept the parcel ?
just to be sure, because the factory is well experienced in exports.

4. is there a discount for two parcels at one time to one address ?
