packages were sent from the uk on the 4/10/21 and left the uk on the 6/10/21

both of my packages were sent from the UK to China and left the UK on the 6/10/21 however the packages have no information about arriving in china despite being sent 2 weeks ago, could you please let me know where these packages are and how long they will take to arrive at their destinations.

Hi jojo,

The arrival time depends on the way you send them. You'd better contact Royal Mail to check how long does it takes to reach China. According to the tracking information, they are still in transit and havn't arrived.

Hi,

I have sent parcels (tracked and signed for) to china twice in the past month and they have got from the UK to their destination of Chongquing within 10 days. I sent this parcel (tracking number RN394747910gb, last Monday 20 July 2020. It says it left UK Dispatched from Office of Exchange at 08:20 am on July 21 2020. There has been no update since. Normally they arrive in China within 3 days upon leaving the UK. I don't understand why it has not arrived into Beijing yet. Please may somebody help me with this.
