I have two packages that are stuck on "Transfer station in transit" for 17 days and 14 days respectively. What is the best resolution for this.

Hi Tlhompo,

I suggest you wait for another 10 days to see. Also, check with the sender if it could be tracked to the end. Some of the packages couldn't be tracked to the end if it's shipped by a cheap way.

I wanted to know here my packages are I have 3 in total but 2 have been stuck in ‘Arrival at the airport of origin, None’ for about a week know and there tracking numbers are LN251785060CN and LN251785095CN and these are suppose to arrive on May 15 and my other one has been stuck on ‘ Arrive at [Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station] (via transfer)’ for about maybe a week and a half and the tracking number is UH509696220CN and it’s suppose to arrive in May 10.
