Packages stuck in Shanghai!

Hello my package tracking: LY447039915CN and LY438608216CN seem to be stuck in the handed over to airline in Shanghai. When will my package make it to the USA?

Hi Samantha,

They were delivered by airline on Sep. 20 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in the USA after they were delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
27 packages have been stuck at shanghai airline for 2 months. What are they doing there exactly?? Are they dead or blind? What happened to my packages? Does the airplane crash? Or are they delivering it on foot?? Who will compensate me for these 27 packages??? Do not just keep telling me wait for more time since I have waited enough already! All the other packages which have been sent later arrived. If you can not contact airline then provide phone number or email. It does not make sense at all. If you dont know what happened to my packages then who knows ??!
Who is responsible for this disaster?????
I am really disappointed by such a lack of discipline.... What a shame for China Post!!!
