It is still not moving you say it has left China but my tracking says it is still there.

Also the seller is telling me to contact you. Why has there been no update in 2 months? I had another package from china get here in 17 days.

They are delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing they arrive in early or middle August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. The seller should refund you if you couldn't receive them in time.

Everything else ordered Before, Same time or after these 2 packages has already made it to the US and in most cases delivered. These are the only 2 lost in China.
Your first reply is it is out of China and in the US now you say it is delayed in China. Which is it? Or is it lost and you have no idea your job is to just copy and paste the last tracking info?
