Packages stuck are stuck in my hometown

Hello,
my packages AS827166123CN - AS827192649CN - AS827205992CN - AS827192388CN have not moved since 10 days. They are in my Hometown Breda - The Netherlands.

Can you indicate which local carrier you have arranged to deliver the items to our home?
Do you use DHL or UPS or Postnl or DPD or GLS?
