packages show delivered, customer claim not delivered Please help

Hi,

I have a customer that is claiming his items are not delivered and opened Paypal claim refund. All items show delivered. I need more information about delivery. Tracking numbers LK199274076US LK135323415US LK007960342US
This customer has false claims from other Ebay sellers also.

Your three items are all delivered by using USPS first class mail. USPS 1st class delivery status in China can not be tracked. So, I couldn't find out if the customer has got it or not. Where do you find these items are delivered successfully?
