Packages returned or stuck ?

Hello,
I have two packages : LE179846075CN and LE179846163CN
Which seem to go back and forth between Chinese cities and back to wenzhou. Could you please tell me what’s happening ?? Are they returned to the seller because he doesn’t respond. Thank you.

Hi Massinissa,

According to the latest tracking information, they couldn't pass the customs check and were returned back to Wenzhou city where the seller is located now. You couldn't receive them. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send them again to you) as soon as possible.
