Packages ordered end of May have not received

Money was removed instantly from bank account and it's been over 20 days and have not received package....how do I get money back if package not received by end of week

Hi Jenny vargas,

You can try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
