My two packages haven’t moved in like a month just trying to see if there’s problem. Tracking numbers are CY001996848CN & CY002046124CN

Hi DeeHines,

They are sent by a cheap way of China Post. They may couldn't be tracked after leaving for some stations in China. You'd better wait for more days to see if you could receive them. If you couldn't receive them in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
