Packages lost??

This is the third time I have had these products shipped from China ems
It's get as far as lebanon pa .usa then doesn't move. The last time it got lost in my own town. Please help the tracking above is from ems and states it is in lebanon but has not moved

Hi dandrea27,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
