Packages in Shanghai Exchange Center for 2 months!

Hello!

I have two tracking numbers, cp353584409cn and CP353584412CN. The most recent update was from nearly 2 months ago, June 19, that they're at the Shanghai Exchange Center. I'm wondering if they've left for the US yet, and if not, when will they leave for the US?

Hi Kanawati,

They are delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing they arrive in early September. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
27 packages have been stuck at shanghai airline for 2 months. What are they doing there exactly?? Are they dead or blind? What happened to my packages? Does the airplane crash? Or are they delivering it on foot?? Who will compensate me for these 27 packages??? Do not just keep telling me wait for more time since I have waited enough already! All the other packages which have been sent later arrived. If you can not contact airline then provide phone number or email. It does not make sense at all.
