Packages haven't moved in 40 days! Please, please help!

Hello. My packages have been stuck at "Hand over to airline" for over 40 days...
I'm expecting two items very important for my business...
Can someone please help me? I'm really worried about the packages...
My tracking numbers are: RB937101571SG and RB937101585SG

Sorry, we couldn't find any tracking information for these two numbers. You'd better contact Singapore Post to check it for you.
