I'm in a Facebook Aliexpress group. There are a lot of buyers that are still waiting for their earphones to arrive. This tracking numbers, they all belong to earphones. And there is more. They are stuck at "information received" . Is headphones are restricted category now? What's going on? We need help. Packages that aren't earphones are coming to our country in only 1-2 weeks. I contacted singapore post and 4px but they only say "wait"

I have not received any information on my packages and both are stuck on shipping it has been over a month. LY495433521CN and LY502081765CN are my two packages, what happened to them??? are they stuck?? did they get lost?? the sellers on aliexpress wont answer me. both have been stuck on delivering to country of origin but I cannot even see if it passed US customs.
