Packages 190+ days in transit!

I bought of a taobao agent and it's been in transit 190+ days. They say to me that after 180 days the package will most likely return to them. This is possible? I've to still wait?

Hi Ana Pink,

They are still stuck in Beijing now. It's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (sent again or refund you) from the seller as soon as possible.
