If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

As a company, there is obviously an issue with your delivery drivers getting packages to the customers based on the hundreds of questions regarding people never receiving packages that are being delivered by this company. It is unacceptable that you all provide no assistance nor a working phone number to help locate the items we have paid for. I have never used this company and it would not be my choose to use this company ever again. It is not the seller's responsibility to deliver the package and that is where the ball seems to continuously be dropped, delivery. Please provide an exact address to where my package was delivered because it is not the address that was attached to the order. If it is an issue of competence maybe this company should no longer be operating.
