My package RN547422186GB for delivery to Shane Log Park 523000 was last recorded as being with you on 23rd September 2020 (I previously sent this question with a mistake in the tracking number). There has been no update since. PayPal will not refund me for the returned item in the parcel until they receive notification that the parcel has been delivered. Please help me!

It's still sutck at the customs. The receiver in China should have got a notice to declare. If he doesn't do so, the receiver couldn't get it.
