Package whereabouts

Where is my package? It was delivered on March 27, 2021 and no one has indicated that it was picked up. Your website states it will be returned to sender if not claimed after 30 days. I don't have it back and the receiver has indicated they don't have it. So where is my package?

I have tried since March to get them to pick it up. They have recently changed their email address so I can no longer communicate with them. I need the package returned to me in the USA as your web site states.

Hi Ivy Storey,

It's still in China now. You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11183 (Chinese language)to check how to get it.
