Package was returned from Shanghai and now stuck at Guangzhou

My package was returned from Shanghai international mail exchange on the 12th and has shown this message since 07/13:
Shanghai city , Departed 【Shanghai International mail exchange 】, Next stop 【Guangzhou International mail processing center 】（ Transit ）

The two tracking numbers are EB748674972CN and EB748599786CN. They are coming to Ontario, Canada.

Hi Stefan,

You'd better wait for more days to get update to see if it will be returned back to the seller or sent to you again. If it's returned back to the seller, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

Hi my parcel was shipped on November 14th and originally the status was showing “airline received” but then it said that the parcel was returned. Now it has been stuck on “ Guangzhou City, leaving the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, the next stop of the Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)”. It has been stuck on this since October 20th. Is this normal and why was the parcel returned? Is it awaiting a flight now to Canada or is it being returned still? Is everything okay with the package? My tracking number is EB756206101CN. Any information will help!
