package was not delivered

good morning
my package was not delivered N LL005032031881EX ELECTRIC LIFT .
if I track my package it says delivered, but it hasn't arrived and none of my neighbors, that i alerted, have received anything.
the china post tracking system says it was delivered on april 10, 2025, but where is my package?
who is the italian courier that was supposed to deliver it? maybe i call them? today is the 14th April.

It's shipped by Linlong Logisitcs (琳龙物流). Tracking information shows it was delivered on April 10. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact Linlong Logisitcs to check it for you.
