Package was not delivered

I would like to know what's goin on with my package it says it was delivered I have not received it nor have my neighbors seen it

No package deliverd where is it? This site is just a lot of crap, no neighbours or local residents have it was not received by me or anyone else

Hi Tim and normadocherty6,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
