Package was NOT delivered

My package was NOT dleivered. I have complained twice to the seller and now you. Absolutely nott acceptable and the tracking is also incorrect when someone is looking at it at 9:30 am and its posted for a confirm delivery at 11:15am - impossible. Why in the world is this still in business.

Hi morris9235,

If you don't get it, you need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to do a formal trace investigation and give you an answer.
