I paid for EMS with an estimation of 7-15 days. Now the estimated time is 15-25 days and has already had 8 days in transit. EV988365192CN is the tracking number. Very disappointing as the package was a gift. Please help thank you.

EMS is slow to New Zealand. The seller should let you know. It was handed over to the carrier transport on August 3 and takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in New Zealand after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
