Hello, my package tracking status hasn't been updated in over ten days. It says plane entered Hong Kong and I don't know anything from there. Can you help me locate my package? My tracking number is LZ713002389CN. Thank you!

Hi SaraD,

There will be update when it arrives in Mexico. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
