Hi I have 2 packages that estimated time was 16-26 days and there has been no status update. it has already been over a month. Please help me get any idea on ETA on delivery or where it is

Hi tempted,

They were handed over to the carrier transport on October 8 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Canada after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
