My parcel LZ281396457CN has not moved since 30/08/2020 and I have not received any further updates. Can you please assist with an ETA?

The package is not normal. It's stuck in Hubei now. You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let the seller give you a solution about this as soon as possible.
