So I’m inquiring information for my package EB716867512CN, I had talked to the seller we had come up with they’d get the packages back and we’d ship my items through another company and I was wondering if you guys still have hold of my package or did it get sent back because it’s been in “air transport” for 12 days with no update

Hi 1dubkid,

It's en route to the US now. You can't get any information when it's in the middle locations. There will be update when it's in the US. It takes about 15-25 days to have update. Please wait for more days to see.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
