Hi Rony，

Tracking number starting with UN belongs to ordinary package. This kind of package couldn't be tracked when leaving the first station of China. So, there is no more information after that. If you couldn't receive it within two months, open a dispute.

Please help me. I send something to Portugal but i lose the receipt.
My friend is ask me for one picture of this receipt because without that she can not take it.

Sorry, we couldn't provide the receipt to you. Did you send it from a China Post office? If so, go there to ask if they could provide it again to you. Or, you call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.
