Package turned around

Why was my package with tracking number LZ613382313CN turned around? I sent it to sudbury and it finally made it there then got sent back to china

Hi Carly,

You need to contact Canada Post to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. When it's in Canada, Canada Post is in charge of delivering it to you.
