From your site I read that my package (beneficiary country Italy) is held at customs with the following reason:
Declaration necessary for the missing junction (=declaration necessary for release not present). These are clothes purchased online.
What can I do to speed up customs clearance? I have already contacted customer service of the site I bought from without any response. Please help me. Thank you!
