Package tracking information

I order a package from etsy on November 25 and every time I check the tracking information and says that origin post is preparing shipment since November 29. It’s been in transit for 18 days already. Where is my package exactly

Hi NANCY,

You can contac the seller to check it for you if you don't want to let other's know the tracking number. International packages usually takes about 20-60 days to be delivered depending on different ways of shipping.
