Package tracking has been stuck on "Acceptance" for 16 days

LT565031297CN has been stuck on "Acceptance" for 16 days now. I do not know if it is lost or what. Why has it had no more tracking updates? Please help with any information you may have.

I got the same information with you. This status means it's stuck there and China Post doesn't process it. They may forget to deal with it. You'd better let the sender contact China Post to ask what happened to it.
