Package tracking

Hello China Post,
My package was posted on 7 Mar 20 from Long Quan to Australia by EMS and the tracking number is EA444413015CN. It has been more than 3 weeks and the tracking information is still invalid. I have asked the sender and it was supposedly sitting at customs waiting for clearance/flight or whatever. Now I understand due to coronavirus there is a little bit of a delay but at least it should have made some progress or show some sort of information on the tracking, unfortunately in this case there is nothing. I have even called up EMS and they said the tracking number is not available in their system either and suggested me to contact the sender. Are you able to track it down and provide an estimated time to reach Australia? I'm sorry but I am really frustrated with this going back and forth between the sender and postal companies.

Hello, could you please update me on status of these 3 parcels. Ive contacted my seller, but there’s not much help. I’ve spent crazy amount of money on these 3 boxes. Here are the tracking numbers:

It has left China on Jan. 25 and headed for Israel. It's not normal that it hasn't arrived. You'd better contact seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason. To my experience, the seller hasn't shipped it.
